4-1-4: AGE OF APPLICANTS:

Unless otherwise provided by law, applicants for a retail beer off-premises license, retail beer on-premises license, retail wine license, wine-by-the-drink license, liquor-by-the-drink license, or alcohol beverage catering permit shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
