3-1-41: PENALTIES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter or tamper with, alter, or injure any part of the city waterworks or water supply system, any meter, or any shutoff box. It shall be unlawful to steal services. Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
