3-1-37: UNLAWFUL CONTAMINATION OR CROSS-CONNECTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for the owner, tenant, occupant, lessee, or other user of City water to introduce or permit the introduction of pollution or contamination of any kind into the City water supply system. It shall be unlawful for any person to install or maintain any cross-connection within the City. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
