No plumber or other person shall make any connections to a City water main or service line. No plumber or other person shall make alterations in any conduit, pipe, or other fixture connecting to the City mains or service lies, or connect pipes, without first obtaining a plumbing permit, if required. If a permit was required, all such work shall be inspected and approved before service is restored. If such work requires excavation within a public right of way, such person shall notify the City and also obtain a plumbing permit. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
