3-1-17: OWNERSHIP, MAINTENANCE, AND CONTROL OF SERVICE LINE:

All service lines and connections from the main to and including the meter shall be installed, owned, maintained, and exclusively controlled by the Water Department. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
