3-1-15: INSTALLATION CHARGES:

Service lines between the main line and the meter shall be installed by the City. Customer lines should be installed by the customer at their cost. Such installation shall comply with City standards with inspection and approval by the City before use. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
