3-1-7: RIGHT TO TURN OFF WATER:
The Department Head of the Water Department may turn off water within the City water system as a whole, a portion, or single user when deemed necessary to maintain or repair the water system or when ordered to do so by the Mayor or Council. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
