3-1-6: DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT HEAD:
The Department Head of the Water Department under the direction of the City Administrator shall supervise and manage the Water Department including all supply and distribution lines, wells, pumps, and fire hydrant facilities. (Ord. 2020-624, 5-13-2020)
