The City Administrator and/or his designee(s) shall be and are empowered to conduct inspections and to seek and obtain enforcement of the provision of this chapter as it may be applicable. The City reserves all rights at law and equity for the enforcement of this chapter, including the seeking of damages and/or injunction or both.
