To provide for the safeguarding of persons and property from the hazards arising from the installation, operation, or maintenance of: a) conductors and equipment in electric supply stations, and b) overhead and underground electric supply and communication lines, the City of Heyburn hereby adopts the 2002 edition of the National Electrical Safety Code as promulgated by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., and the American National Standards Institute.
