7-2-14: UNLAWFUL TO DRIVE ANIMALS INTO CITY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, or cause to be driven, or induce any animal or animals to come into the city limits with the intention and purpose of having such animal either be abandoned or be impounded as herein provided. Any person knowingly committing such act or acts as above specified shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1982 Code)
