The city council will, by resolution, set the fees to be paid for the redemption of animals or fowl taken up pursuant to this chapter. Any actual expenses of the city incurred during the process of impounding the animal, shall be charged to the owner and shall be in addition to the impound fee set by resolution. (Ord. 332, 3-27-1991)
