6-1-4: PENALTY:

Violation by any person of any provision of the above codes shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as therein defined; however, such offenses described as infractions, shall be punishable as an infraction offense. The fine and/or jail term for the violation of any said provisions shall be the same as prescribed by state law, as provided in the above codes. (Ord. 464, 12-10-2003)
