It is hereby declared to be the intent of the city council to aid and assist by whatever means possible with the utmost consistency in traffic regulation among and between the agencies of Idaho having jurisdiction. Toward that end, adoption of the Idaho motor vehicle laws by cities of Idaho is a necessary means of assuring maximum uniformity within the state.
There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the use of all streets and public thoroughfares of the city that certain code more particularly described as title 49, Idaho Code, be and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the city as fully as though set forth at length herein. One copy of said law shall be on file in the office of the clerk for reference to and inspection by the general public. (Ord. 451, 2-26-2003)
