5-2-6: VIOLATION; MISDEMEANOR:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or wilfully refusing to comply with any proper requirements of the designated officer shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day a violation of the provisions of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. (1982 Code)
