§ 51.48 INITIAL AND MINIMUM CHARGES WHETHER SEWER USED OR NOT.

   (A)   The rates as shown in the rates schedule in §§ 51.42 through 51.46 shall be paid by each customer who has signed a user contract, beginning at the time the village makes the service available to the customer.

   (B)   The minimum rate will be paid by those customers not using the service even though he or she may not be connected to the system; provided the service is available from the village.

   (C)   There will be a charge in an amount as set by the Board per sewer service tap for service to each property for which an application and sewer user agreement has been filed.

   (D)   In addition to the above charges, a deposit in an amount as set by the Board plus a turn on fee, in am amount as set by the Board, shall be paid by each user to guarantee payment of sewer bills. The deposit shall be returned to each user without interest upon termination of sewer service and all accounts of that user being paid.
