§ 51.46 COMPUTATION OF WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE.

   (A)   The wastewater service charge shall be computed by the following formula:

      CW = CD + CM + (Vu - X) CU + CS

   (B)   Where:

      (1)   CW = Amount of wastewater service charge ($) per billing period;

      (2)   CD = Debt service charge (§ 51.42);

      (3)   CM = Minimum charge for operation, maintenance, and replacement (§ 51.43);

      (4)   Vu = Wastewater volume for the billing period;

      (5)   X = Allowable consumption in gallons for the minimum charge (§ 51.43);

      (6)   CU = Basic user rate for operation, maintenance, and replacement (§ 51.43); and

      (7)   CS  = Amount of surcharge (§§ 51.44 and 51.45).
