(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person violating or aiding or abetting the violation of any provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.16, 50.33, 50.34, or 50.35 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.
(2) Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.16, 50.33, 50.34, or 50.35 constitutes a separate offense.
