§ 94.08 INTERFERING WITH OFFICER.

No person or persons shall resist or molest the Village Clerk, Animal Control Office, Dog Catcher or Pound Keeper or any Police Officer while engaged in the discharge of any duty enjoined upon him, her or them by any of the provisions of this chapter.
