(A) Generally. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during, or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Section 94.11. Any person found liable for violating the provision of § 94.11 shall be subject to fines in accordance with the following schedule:
(1) First violation will result in the issuance of a notice to owner that a complaint has been filed in the Village Hall concerning the nuisance.
(2) A fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25 for the second violation;
(3) A fine of not less than $25 nor more than $50 for each and every subsequent violation within one year after the first notice was issued.
(4) Fines are to be paid at the Village Hall.
