§ 71.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Any person violating or aiding or abetting the violation of any provision of § 71.02 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined in an amount as set by the Board.

(2) Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of § 71.02 constitutes a separate offense.

(C) (1) Any person violating or aiding or abetting the violation of any provisions of §§ 71.15 through 71.26 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined in an amount as set by the Board.

(2) Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 71.15 through 71.26 constitutes a separate offense.
