It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any all-terrain vehicle, motor driven cycle, off-highway motorcycle, or snowmobile which is not licensed at any place within the village, except on property owned by the person operating the vehicle, on property owned by the parent or guardian of the person operating the vehicle, or upon property which the operator of the vehicle has been given permission by the owner to operate the vehicle. No more than two of the vehicles mentioned in this section shall be operated at the same time on any person’s property.
