It shall be lawful to operate a golf cart on village streets only, no operation is allowed on sidewalks in the village, subject to the requirements and regulations of this subchapter, except it shall be unlawful to operate said golf cart or UTV on Broadway Street, other than to cross this route while traveling on a village street.
