A. Where a social game is allowed, the licensee shall have the duty to supervise the games and see that they are played strictly in accordance with this code and state law.
B. Licensee shall have the responsibility to ensure that the game is a social game, between players only, and that there are no persons dealing on a regular basis and that there is no one engaging in the game as a business or commercial enterprise. (Ord. 566-09, 7-13-2009)
