1-13-15: CONTENT OF ADVERTISEMENT:
Advertisements shall include at minimum the following content:
   A.   Where, when and how and for how long the solicitation document may be obtained.
   B.   A general description of the goods and services or construction project.
   C.   The interval between the first date of notice of the solicitation document and closing shall be at least fourteen (14) days for an invitation to bid or thirty (30) days for a request for proposals, unless the city council determines that a shorter interval, will not substantially affect competition, but the least amount of time for such interval shall be seven (7) days.
   D.   If prequalification is required and if so the date such applications must be filed.
   E.   Place where contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed.
   F.   The name, title and address of the individual authorized by the city to receive offers or bids.
   G.   Scheduled opening date.
   H.   A copy of advertisement or notice of solicitation shall be provided to the advocate for minority, women and small emerging business for any project with an estimated contract price exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). (Ord. 550-05, 3-14-2005)
