12-4-6: SEWERAGE FACILITIES:
   A.   General Requirements: The applicant shall install sanitary sewer facilities in a manner prescribed by this title. All plans shall be designed in accordance with the rules, regulations and standards of the City and appropriate State and Federal agencies. Plans shall be approved by such agencies. Necessary action shall be taken by the applicant to provide sewerage facilities to the subdivision.
   B.   Residential And Nonresidential Districts: Sanitary sewerage facilities shall connect with the public sanitary sewerage system. Sewers shall be installed to serve each lot and to grades and sizes required by approving officials and agencies. No individual disposal system or treatment plants (private or group disposal systems) shall be permitted.
   C.   Mandatory Connection To Public Sewer System: If a public sanitary sewer system is accessible and a sanitary sewer is placed in a street or alley abutting upon property, the owner thereof shall be required to connect to said sewer for the purpose of disposing of waste, and it shall be unlawful for any such owner or occupant to maintain upon any such property an individual sewage disposal system.
