A person may appeal to the city council from any decision or requirement made by the planning commission, city engineer, or the city recorder pursuant to this title. Written notice of the appeal must be filed with the city within thirty (30) days after the decision or requirement is made in the case of subdivision, minor partition, or major partition, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 92.044(2) and 92.046(3).
