12-1-4: JURISDICTION:

A. These subdivision regulations shall apply to all "subdivisions" and "partitions of lands", as defined herein, located within the corporate limits of the municipality.

B. The city shall review and comment on plans, plats or maps for subdivisions or partitions beyond the corporate limits of the city and within the urban growth boundary. (Ord. 542, 8-11-2003)
