11-1-4: ZONING OF AREAS TO BE ANNEXED:

Prior to the annexation of any land to the city, the planning commission shall determine, by reference to the comprehensive plan, the appropriate zoning for the property to be annexed. The zoning of the property to be annexed shall be in accordance with the comprehensive plan. (Ord. 542, 8-11-2003)
