10-1-3: PLAN IMPLEMENTATION MEASURES:
All plan implementation measures including, but not limited to, the City Zoning Ordinance 1 , Subdivision Ordinance 2 , Flood Area Management Ordinance 3 and Urban Growth Area Joint Management Agreement between the City and Morrow County, shall be consistent with and subservient to the City Comprehensive Plan. (Ord. 419, 7-3-1978; amd. Ord. 512-96, 1-8-1996)
