The technical report provides the background information, facts and considerations upon which the City's Comprehensive Plan goals, policies and map are based. In addition, the 2018 Heppner Transportation System Plan provides technical information related to transportation and supersedes any information related to transportation found in the technical report. The technical report is not adopted as part of the plan but remains the supporting document that is subject to revisions as new technical data becomes available. Volume 1 of the Transportation System Plan is an adopted supporting plan of the Comprehensive Plan. When new data indicates that the City's plan should be revised, amendments shall be made as provided in section 10-1-7 of this chapter. (Ord. 582-18, 10-8-2018)
