A. Deposit Funds Into Sewer Fund: The City Treasurer is hereby directed to deposit in the Sewer Fund all of the gross revenues received from charges and fees collected for the use of the sewerage system as herein provided, except for that portion to be placed in a Reserve Fund for equipment replacement and that portion to be used to pay any sewer bond payments.
B. Use Of Funds: The revenues thus deposited in the Sewer Fund shall be used exclusively for the operation, maintenance and repair of the sewerage system, reasonable administration costs, expenses of collection of charges imposed by this chapter and of connection fees provided for in subsection 8-3-4B of this title together with any attorney fees, investigative fees or court costs incurred therein and payments of the principal and interest on any debts in connection with the sewerage system of the City.
