8-1-22: PENALTY:
Except as otherwise stated herein, any person violating any of the provisions of these rules and regulations shall be assessed a class D infraction. The definition of infraction and procedure for contesting shall be the same as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 487, 6-10-1991; amd. 1995 Code)
