A. Short Title: This chapter shall be known as RATES, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF HEPPNER, OREGON. By contract, the city council may impose additional conditions on outside the city water users.
B. Scope: The city and all customers receiving services from the city, whether inside or outside the city limits, are bound by these rules and regulations of the city. The city council may impose additional conditions on outside the city water users. (Ord. 487, 6-10-1991; amd. 1995 Code)
