7-3-3: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court of the City, be assessed a Class C infraction pursuant to Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 385, 4-2-73; 1995 Code)
