7-3-2: DEAD OR DECAYED TREES PROHIBITED:
No owner or person in charge of property may allow to stand any dead or decayed tree that is a hazard to the public or to persons or property on or near the property or on the adjoining parking strip. (Ord. 385, 4-2-73)
