A. Regular: Regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the second Monday of each month at the hour of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. in the council chambers of the city hall, except when the second Monday of each month is a legal holiday, and then the city council shall meet on the day following such holiday at the hour of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M.
B. Special Meetings: Special meetings of the council may be called at any time by the mayor or by three (3) members of the city council, by written notice served upon each member of the council at least three (3) hours before the time specified for the proposed meeting and stating the purpose for the calling of such meeting. All meetings of the council, whether stated or special, shall be public. (Ord. 477, 12-4-1989; amd. 1995 Code)
