Upon entering such charge in the lien docket as herein provided, the City shall have a lien upon the premises for the full amount therein recorded, together with the interest thereon, and may proceed to foreclose and sell said premises in the manner provided by law. (Ord. 303, 2-5-40; 1995 Code)
