7-2-3: COMPLIANCE WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
All sidewalks hereafter constructed or repaired on any streets within the corporate limits of the City shall be in conformity with the plans and specifications provided in this Section.
   A.   Grade Conformity: Each sidewalk shall be repaired in such manner that its top surface is in conformity with the grade adopted and established on the street or public place where the sidewalk is being built or repaired. (Ord. 303, 2-5-40)
   B.   Concrete Construction; Durable Surface: All sidewalks shall be constructed or rebuilt of concrete and finished with a durable concrete surface.
   C.   Specifications:
      1.   All Sidewalks: All sidewalks shall be constructed according to the following specifications:

      2.   Entryways to Garages, Service Stations: Provided, that the sidewalks which also serve as entryways to garages, service stations and other areas involving motor vehicle travel may use asphaltic concrete according to the following specifications:

      3.   Certain Streets:
         a.   Main Street: All sidewalks hereafter constructed or repaired on Main Street from the Willow Creek Bridge to May Street shall be sixteen feet (16') wide.
         b.   May Street: All sidewalks constructed or repaired on May Street from the intersection of Main Street to the Willow Creek Bridge shall be twelve feet (12') wide.
         c.   Other Streets: All sidewalks constructed or repaired on all other streets shall be six feet (6') wide, or the same width as sidewalks on adjacent lands. (Ord. 369, 8-7-67; 1995 Code)
