A. Prohibited Area: No person shall ride any bicycle or other vehicle propelled by foot power or gas on any of the sidewalks on Main Street lying between the Willow Creek Bridge and May Street within the City.
B. Violation; Impoundment of Vehicle: Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be punished by impounding the vehicle so ridden for a period of seven (7) days for the first offense and for a period of thirty (30) days for the second and all subsequent offenses, and the police officers of the City shall have charge of said vehicle and shall keep the same in a safe place.
