Any person who owns an abandoned vehicle or allows an abandoned vehicle to remain on real property owned by that person in violation of this chapter or violates any other provision of this chapter may be assessed a class C infraction pursuant to section 1-4-1 of this code. A violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense for each day that the violation continues. (Ord. 543-04, 2-17-2004)
