6-4-1: SCOPE:
This chapter shall apply to abandoned, wrecked, dismantled or inoperative vehicles within the city. It shall not apply to any vehicle which the police department has reason to believe may have been involved in any criminal activity. (Ord. 431, 9-4-1979)
