6-3-6: TRUCK PARKING RESTRICTION:

A. Restricted Area: It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked for the purpose of unloading on that certain portion of Main Street lying between May and Baltimore Streets in the City any truck or trailer or truck and trailer.

B. Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section, upon conviction thereof, shall be assessed a Class D infraction pursuant to Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 265, 7-6-36; 1995 Code)
