A. No Parking Areas: It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing, at any time, any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the designated portions of the following streets:
COURT STREET:
That portion of Court Street at the intersection of May Street, within the corporate limits of the City, and extending south 40 feet and north 40 feet from a point in the center of the main Courthouse steps abutting said Court Street on the east. (Ord. 341, 4-5-54)
The east side of Court Street from Terrace Drive to the curve turning toward the Fair Grounds at the Junior High School building. (Ord. 384, 11-7-72)
MAY STREET:
That portion of the north side of May Street beginning at the southwest corner of the First Interstate Bank building and extending 17 feet west along the north side of May Street.
B. Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall, upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court of the City, be assessed a Class D infraction pursuant to Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 387, 11-5-73; 1995 Code)
