A. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person to construct any fence, wholly or partially, of barbed wire along any of the streets or alleys in the City or to place any barbed wire on the top of any fence already constructed or hereinafter constructed along said streets or alleys.
B. Enforcement: It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to notify any person having violated the provision of this Section to remove the same without delay, and any person so notified shall remove such barbed wire within ten (10) days from the receipt of such notice. (Ord. 289, 2-5-40)
