A. The Fire Chief may, due to meteorological or air quality or dangerous fire conditions, designate any day as a no burning day. Notice of the no burning day shall be posted conspicuously at or near City Hall. Absolutely no burning will be allowed on no burning days even if a person holds a valid permit for that day.
B. It shall be the responsibility of each person to contact City Hall or check City Hall for posted notice of no burn day prior to initiating any permitted burn on any given date. (Ord. 497-93, 8-9-93)
