As provided in section 133 of House Bill 3400 (2015), and section 28 of Senate Bill 1057 (2017), the City of Heppner hereby prohibits the establishment of the following in the area subject to the jurisdiction of the City:
A. Marijuana processing sites registered under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.435;
B. Medical marijuana dispensaries registered under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.450;
C. Marijuana producers that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.070;
D. Marijuana processors that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.090;
E. Marijuana wholesalers that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.100;
F. Marijuana retailers that hold a license issue under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.110;
G. Marijuana producers that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.070 and that the Oregon Liquor Control Commission has designated as an exclusively medical licensee under section 24 of Senate Bill 1057(2017);
H. Marijuana processors that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.090 and that the commission has designated as an exclusively medical licensee under section 24 of Senate Bill 1057(2017);
I. Marijuana wholesalers that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.100 and that the commission has designated as an exclusively medical licensee under section 26 of Senate Bill 1057(2017);
J. Marijuana retailers that hold a license issued under Oregon Revised Statutes 475B.110 and that the commission has designated as an exclusively medical licensee under section 27 of Senate Bill 1057(2017); or
K. Any combination of the entities described above. (Ord. 580-17, 9-11-2017)
