Failure to register pursuant to this Chapter is punishable as a Class A infraction pursuant to Section 1-4-1 of this Code in addition to payment of tax and penalties assessed for nonpayment. Offenses under this Chapter shall be tried in Municipal Court as a violation and not as a crime. There is no right to a jury trial or court appointed counsel. (Ord. 493-92, 4-13-92; 1995 Code)
