3-3-21: DISPOSITION AND USE OF TAX REVENUES:
All revenues received from the tax shall be deposited into a fund known as the Chamber of Commerce Fund. The Tax Administrator's office shall be allocated ten percent (10%) of the revenue collected for administration of this Chapter. The remaining revenue shall be spent for the Heppner Chamber of Commerce Manager's salary. (Ord. 493-92, 4-13-92)
