(A) Court costs. If judgment of conviction is entered, the Clerk of the Court shall tax the costs to the defendant in the sum as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees, plus the fees and mileage of jurors and witnesses.
(B) CLEET assessment. All fines are subject to an additional penalty assessment for CLEET in the amount as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees.
(C) Forensic science improvement assessment fee. In addition to all costs and assessments previously imposed by the Municipal Court on fines, there is added a forensic science improvement assessment fee in the amount as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees from which the Municipal Court is authorized to retain 5% as an administrative fee as provided by law.
(D) Police Department continuing education fee. In addition to all costs and assessments previously imposed by the Municipal Court on fines, there is added a Police Department continuing education fee in the amount as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees from which employees of the Police Department will be provided additional professional job-related training outside that which is currently provided at no cost by CLEET.
